Foreign Property Investors See Britain As an Attractive Prospect

In a shock report to most people involved in the property market Brexit is making Britain a more lucrative investment for wealthy foreign investors.

85% of the current foreign investors in the United Kingdom’s property market polled have stated that they are investing in the market as a direct result of the countries choice to leave the European Union.

55% of those believe that the property market will be good to very strong within the next 18 months and 64% believe that to be true within the next three to five years.

During a period of uncertainty, these stats have been welcomed with open arms and show that it may not be all doom and gloom for post Brexit Britain.
